Is there a way to check how many months left until your contract expires?
Or you have to manually track since the day your TIME installation date?

QUOTE(jjj2 @ Oct 8 2018, 06:30 PM) For Free, Only new signup or those whom have been with at least 12-months tenure, and re-contract for another 24-months. My contract ended sometime ago but I have been on TIME for a very long time. I do not mind re-contract another 24 months as I don't forsee moving.I called support and they told me I have to wait for 90 days till the old promo ends before being eligible. |

QUOTE(bpay14 @ Oct 8 2018, 05:06 PM) you didn't get my point. i do not want another contract anymore.. Look at this way:100Mbps is now much cheaper.. but with unfair contract plan for existing user.. meh. compare with discount RM50, i wont think of it as getting RM10 discount.. Time introduced a new plan: 100mbps @99rm Your previous 100mbps plan was upgraded to 500mbps. Doesn't matter if you're getting the same 100mbps or 100GBPS. You are not paying more. Go talk to Time if you want to downgrade which probably will have you to end your current prematurely. This post has been edited by Radec: Oct 8 2018, 06:43 PM |

Check your PC whether it supports 1Gbps and use CAT 5E cable and above. QUOTE(potatocam @ Oct 8 2018, 06:50 PM) I can't find these info in self-care. Hmm... QUOTE(deepan84 @ Oct 8 2018, 06:05 PM) U try your stunt with Maxis or Digi.. Once contracted, you have to pay penalty to downgrade. Even worse. It's not good will la... It's mandate from Menteri, lolU agreed with TIME for 100Mbps/RM149. Rightfully they can even maintain the package and you can't do anything. Consider it as goodwill that your speed was increased 500% with RM10 discount. |
