Is there a way to check how many months left until your contract expires?
Or you have to manually track since the day your TIME installation date?

My contract ended sometime ago but I have been on TIME for a very long time. I do not mind re-contract another 24 months as I don't forsee moving.

I called support and they told me I have to wait for 90 days till the old promo ends before being eligible.

Look at this way:

Time introduced a new plan: 100mbps @99rm

Your previous 100mbps plan was upgraded to 500mbps.

Doesn't matter if you're getting the same 100mbps or 100GBPS.

You are not paying more.

Go talk to Time if you want to downgrade which probably will have you to end your current prematurely.

Hmmn.. selfcare says i'm already active for the 500mbps.

But my speed only 80mbps in speedtest.net.

I'm using AC2100, wired.

I can't find these info in self-care.
The only thing i see is showing contract terms: 24 months.

Maybe I miss it somewhere?

Try to restart your router and ONU.
Check your PC whether it supports 1Gbps and use CAT 5E cable and above.

Hmm 119rm for 500mbps with no contract or remaining contract vs 99rm 100mbps with 24 months renewal and you choose the later.

That's 20rm diff with 400mpbs bump with no renewal.
