48 hours without internet now and counting.

CS can’t even provide an estimated downtime for the internet.

What could be the possible cause if the Internet gets disconnected very frequently (disconnect and reconnect every 2-3 hours)?

Is there any available plan with short contract (albeit I have to pay any upfront fee) for users to subscriibe to?

Min 12 months with A one-time charge of RM300 is applicable & subscribers are not entitled to promotions.

Otherwise you can takeover other ppl's existing account.

my connection disconnects every night for 15-20 secs (between 1030pm and 1230am). is there any particular reason for this? Am on the 1gb package
