Hi, I just received an email saying that my contract is renewed (it was supposed to end this month April 2019) and the renewal address is not my address albeit the same condominium. I didn't ask for any relocation. Did TIME just silently renew my contract without any confirmation first? How to fix this?

I’m having outages issue again.

Yesterday was quite bad for an hour or so. It’s back again now.

Under normal circusmtances your contract would not renewed unless you request downgrade during contract period.

We will help you investigate under this matter,

So I contacted TIME and they said I requested for the MODEM TP-Link AC1200 Router which I didn't do or asked for. And what's strange is that the appointment is made for other unit's ADDRESS and it conveniently happens in the last month of my contract. They said they will escalate this to higher up. I don't know when they will fix this.

Did you happen to complain on the current router that you are using and did you fill up any online acknowledgement to renew it ?

I don't know what u meant by this. I received an email saying:

Your TIME Fibre Home Broadband 500Mbps contract has been renewed for 24 months with a complimentary TP-Link AC1200 router.

We'll send you an email real soon confirming your installation appointment.

Have we got your details right? Check them below and let us know if we haven't.
Contract Term

A new 24-month contract term will commence upon your new plan activation.

So I called the customer service to rectify this issue because I didn't request for any plan modification or new router.

"did you fill up any online acknowledgement to renew it ?"

No, I DID NOT. That is why it is so strange.

For customers whom are using older routers and having instability issues, TIME will offer a new router for Free with condition the contract will be renewed.
Let's wait for the CS to check it out.

Do make sure they reverse the changes and leave you contract-free.. Even though I use it, It's a poor router for contract renewal.

Excited for installation tomorrow! I have sockets ready, the installer will look through and advice me cabling and the best location right? laugh.gif Do i need to provide anything else to help a smooth installation?

I found the wife coverage of existing router given by TIME is not that good, the line keep dropping at one of the bedroom

Any good recommendation for a wifi extended?

Hi, Get ready the desired location to put the Router & Fibre Modem, etc.
Also get ready a 1-to-3 power socket extension.
