Today, I am finally a part of Time Fibre Home Broadband family. After 10 years with TM, from Streamyx 1 Mbps to Unifi 5 Mbps and finally Unifi 10 Mbps. Got it installed today and I am glad that finally made the move.

Thank you to @yeapch01 for helping with the registration and finally installation. Looking forward to learn stuff from everyone in this thread rclxm9.gif

What is the best way to get in touch with Time customer service? I tried raising a ticket, e-mail, call & text via FB messenger but no response. I am new to Time, is Time really bad at customer service or they are just overwhelm due to the attractive package that they offer.

At least with TM, they will answer your call and reply to your message, whether they can resolve your issue is a different matter, but TM do respond.

Anyone else experiencing slow speed rightnow? My speedtest is approx. 3Mbps. I am in Sri Damansara area.

Dealing with Time Customer Service is like pulling teeth. They are of no help and if any marginal at best.

You may want to facilitate your registration & installation with the Time reseller in here. They are really helpful in assisting you to get your installation done. The guy that helped me is Yeap CH, he is lurking somewhere in this topic. Look him up.
