this ac1200 wifi cannot hit 400 and above ? and the speed drop quite alot if i try speed test in a room next to the living room where my router place at sad.gif

didnt do any setting. but i think u need to put ur device next to the router only can get 400mbps.

Of course TIME is better than Unifi and Maxis.

But mine is weird one. my one is copper -> Huawei BTU --> copper --> Router. I saw fiber box but they are not using it. Strange doh.gif

and after few days i test again, I can't even go to 500Mbps. my speed keep stuck at 120~150Mbps , wired and wireless 5ghz. need advise on what should I do

Previously I always get the 500mbps speed, but not yesterday.. weird tho

Yes, that's DIR850L.

Are you able to check your computer network port ? It has to be gigabit (GE).

What is the best way to get in touch with Time customer service? I tried raising a ticket, e-mail, call & text via FB messenger but no response. I am new to Time, is Time really bad at customer service or they are just overwhelm due to the attractive package that they offer.

At least with TM, they will answer your call and reply to your message, whether they can resolve your issue is a different matter, but TM do respond.

I think only email and FB messenger they do not reply to use, try using TIME application for iOS or Android and go to the support menu there bro, mine is directly answered just yesterday in minutes

Yesterday evening 17/10/2018 requested to downgrade my plans from 500Mbps to 100Mbps and voila now already at 100Mbps, but reset my contract term to 24 months which should be 16months left 🤣

Using speedtest app for iOS gimme 105-109 Mbps using Fast.com app for iOS gimme 110-130 Mbps , haven’t tried using cat6 cable connect to my Macbook n download using folx from apple server (can try download ipsw) maybe will gimme full and perfect 100Mbps IMO.. Worth to downgrade if for me, because I’m not a hard downloader or streamer , just sometimes will stream netflix HD
