Postpaid 38 plan gonna have separate quota for hotspot and also price hike for SMS starting from 17 Aug I thought the SMS was about 5G for a second there, and then it turned out to be 5GB quota for hotspot.

Hi All UMobile users. I'm asking on behalf of my uncle where I tried buying data for him but his line active validity will not increase despite me purchasing data plan. He is on prepaid Unlimited Funz Plan. Means line active validity and data validity is both separated? OR any plans under the plan in GX, UMI, MB, Epikkk, Unlimited Call, Game-Onz, Booster that I can purchase yet increase the line active validity as well ? This is the first time I see that line active validity and data validity are separated. Any idea ? Thank you in advance...

if i have an existing digi prepaid no, how to port over to u mobile? the info on their website is so confusing. and it costs rm40 to buy the starter pack online with rm30 credit.
anywhere to purchase a rm10 starter pack and can port in my no?

My umobile always had TAC issue no received. Numbers of complaint logged but still no resolve. Burn many voucher last night

hi, just convert my kid plan to umobile. i abit blue with the validity.
Phone A - top up RM20 then RM20 then RM10 subscribe U25 validity show 30 days
Phone B - direct top up RM50 subscribe U25 , validity show 50 days
can some one explain why?
