Ya, I noticed mine was also renamed to HSI, but since it refreshed for me a few days ago, it got completely removed from my app

have you checked the quota under ussd freebies menu?

the legacy plans tend to be neglected when it comes to the app

Neither the 1GB HSI or 2GB basic shows up

mine 1gb and 2gb quotas both still show in the app

and the 1gb will refresh in 9 days

let me make inquiries of UMobile in the meantime

And with the limited quota due to FUP, sticking to GX plans are much more worth it

Anyone facing network issues this afternoon? I'm only getting EDGE instead of the usual 4G/4G+. Could it be due to the power outage in Klang Valley? But I'm in Kuantan...

Hi just to reconfirm, 5G-Ready Prepaid Plan is different from U Prepaid Plan ?

i saw the T&C on new Prepaid Plan where the validity is 2x. i am trying to switch to the 2x validity plan, on my Umobile it show 5G-Ready Prepaid Plan, do i will not get 2x validity ?

Different - no one can get the 2x validity plan these days, it's a legacy plan and the name New U Prepaid is really unfortunate.

As long as you are not on 5g-ready prepaid plan

Make sure you are at previous plans

on the power outage, my area umobile does not have signal at all where my company digi and my wife maxis has 4G still...i guess some telco has power reserve for their tower. once the power recover about 10mins the 4g came back.

my umobile prepaid that was passive since 2 months ago mysteriously lost 1sen. just noticed it when i topped up tonight.

anyone experienced the same?
