Hi guys, wanna ask if anyone can share how umobile enable call forwarding to other telco number and how it charge (even unlimited call) ?

Quite confuse with the statement in umobile support page:
" You will be charged Pay-As-You-Use call rates as per your rate plan. "
" Call Forwarding Service is charged separately and not included in any bundled free minutes of your rate plan."

Yes. I guess they screw up the billing system. I used to be get the bill yesterday, until today nothing and yet the unbilled amount shut up!

If the bill out like this, sure will make a complaint.

Thanks for the info. My June bill is generated today morning, total back to normal bill amount. However the unbilled amount total of RM20++ still there. Which not supposed to be, as the package all in, unless call up 1800 number.

Izzit buy from random shop then self register n do mnp? I tried mnp postpaid but system glitch said my attempt fail n cs ask Me get prepaid to do mnp then later from prepaid convert to postpaid..
I try to fill the form but not success cause the Sim I received for postpaid mnp do not have number..

I am on umobile Gx38 plan, would like to change my plan to the new U25, customer service told me can’t change plan, need to port out to other telco first then port back as U25 only for new customer, really got such thing?

Actually you can. Just go to UM Center. They can't do it over the phone.

"Downgrading" from postpaid to prepaid need to do at umobile center, kena isi borang chop sign photostat IC and all that crap, might need to change SIM card.
