I am on umobile Gx38 plan, would like to change my plan to the new U25, customer service told me can’t change plan, need to port out to other telco first then port back as U25 only for new customer, really got such thing?

Supposing Rm38 per month, but having promotion since day 1, so only pay Rm35. It is prepaid plan

Hi just to reconfirm, 5G-Ready Prepaid Plan is different from U Prepaid Plan ?
i saw the T&C on new Prepaid Plan where the validity is 2x. i am trying to switch to the 2x validity plan, on my Umobile it show 5G-Ready Prepaid Plan, do i will not get 2x validity ?   This post has been edited by satriaguy: Jul 29 2022, 09:11 AM |

Hi all umobile user, just to seek some confirmation on Umobile Borneo Prepaid
the unlimited LOCAL call mean nationwide call ? or refer to call make in sabah and sarawak, got little confuse here.  |
