Yes. I guess they screw up the billing system. I used to be get the bill yesterday, until today nothing and yet the unbilled amount shut up!

If the bill out like this, sure will make a complaint.

Thanks for the info. My June bill is generated today morning, total back to normal bill amount. However the unbilled amount total of RM20++ still there. Which not supposed to be, as the package all in, unless call up 1800 number.

Hope they will sort out soon.

I see. My was due to subline. Since they change new system, every month also have unbill amount. I remember i call up to CS before, they just ask me to ignore and refer to the total due only. doh.gif

Is it after change to new plan the UMB *118# service will not work? Coincidence one of my friend also change plan together and both of us can't use this service now.
