don't they provide you "free" vdsl modem ? ( or u use your own vdsl modem or buy from them?) ?
shouldn't the "free" modem trigger the contract renewal?
I think the email related to that modem will reveal more detail, and tell u the modem is free or what...

IF you received call from TM HQ, it is a free upgrade, no extra charges, no contract..
The ZTE modem provided kaput in just 2 weeks, i even got free replacement modem TPLink VR1200v, and this modem is much better...

Just received my 1st month bill today, it is RM80 w/o SST.

After I checked, it said unifi will come to my area and ask me to update my profile.
But I always get call from TM to upgrade to unifi previously but I rejected due to the price.

So, now,what I can get? free upgrade to 8M with same pacakge price or unifi 30M with current package price?

Next time receive a call from "TM", ask them is it really TM or TM dealer.

I think MCMC is Nato... My case opened since October. TM offered free upgrade to 10Mbps for RM110. I wanted to go for 100Mbps for RM129 but they don't allowed. I lodged complaint again into my existing complaint. I lodged various complaint again thru live chat. Then at last they allowed. Just installed last week.

I previously wanna create complain report by monthly to keep spam to mcmc.. But afraid later they banned my account coz spamming.

The upgrade is not free. They force the UNIFI10 user to pay RM159 where is it Unifi100 + Aneka Plus Pack (RM129 + RM30).

I was told that i cannot unsubscribe Aneka Plus Pack. In fact, the chat centre person end the inquiries abruptly.

Former UNIFI10 pay RM129+ forced RM30
New user pay RM129.

This happened to me too. I was told the iptv was free but now they charged me rm129 + 30 for the iptv which I don't really watch. Can I unsubscribe to the iptv?

post your bill, 129 is 129, not force add 30
do you pay 129+30+6%?



on my bill, my plan 119, say include unifitv, yes on bill show RM30, but total bill also 119+6%

The iptv is free. Rm30 is forced additional channel.

Yours are unifi30.
Do they allow you to unsubscribe ruby package?

For those whom turbo to unifi100; it is rm129+30. Some is with rm10 discount.

One of my friends, the last one who was Streamyx is paying RM80 for 100Mbps. According to her it went something like this.
384k RM60
1 or 2Mbps RM80 (can’t remember the exact speed)
10Mbps Unifi RM80
100Mbps Unifi Turbo RM80

With STD20 and PlayTV no STB.

just streamyx users getting internet trolling like hell on free double speed upgrade. downloading speed could dropped all the way to 3KBps, non technical person without technical knowledge can't noticed the different and why and what causes and kept paying the bills for the Not satisfied services.

I have been waiting for free upgrade from my Streamyx to Unifi for the last few months. While my area is within Unifi coverage, there is no more fibre port available.

Anyway, I got tired of waiting so instead I applied for an upgrade via the Unifi self-service portal. Received a call the next day from TM and was told there's no more fibre port available. They will log a request and get back to me if there's any available.

Today, TM called to tell me they have port and asked if I want to upgrade. They offer the standard Unifi packages. I asked them if there is any special upgrade for me since I should be qualified for free upgrade up to 100Mbps Unifi on landed property.

After checking she said I don't appear to qualify for any special upgrade. She can only offer me a 10Mbps without quota for the same price I am paying now (RM90)!

So what is this free upgrade that TM is talking about?

Ever since getting Streamyx's double speed free upgrade, I'm getting
constant disconnected from the internet. Anyone facing same issue here?
