In order to prevent that kind of dispute, lets back to basics. Contract must have offer and acceptance. If they call you and offer you something, you said yes, both offer and acceptance exist. There4, contractual terms are enforce-able. My case is different, im originally vip 5, TM upgrade me to vip10 without my consent, they did this on their own without seking for my permission be it email, letter or call. So, new contractual terms actually NOT enforceable. In fact, TM void agreement already by upgrading me as per contract's principles. But no one insane enough to actually sue someone for giving more value without requiring anything in exchange from you. See, there are things not even logic of law can do for you. This is common sense. Im very sensitive in this regard, I even call them for clarification demanding explanation to which they double confirm with me.

Next time they call you, demand their name and continue the conversation through email instead, so everything got a record in black amd white instead just verbal and audio. You can also read all the contractual terma before you make acceptance of offer. In real life, if you do this too often, ppl may regard you as being too skeptical and too suspicious of others, evthg also dont trust and evthg also doubt. As for telephone number, some said rm25 monthly 2 maintain, some said rm1? Some said will be ported to unifi fiber line... im not sure, last time i just potong and get a new unifi phone number under fiber line. U never know one day u will get 100M no string attached too for rm8x if u have fiber infra one day. U may try your luck lodging skmm complain on TM saying they refuse to give u unifi lite for free w/o requiring something in return from u.

The trend ive seen from the past is that TM try as hard as possible to make the plans that most people will sign up above Rm100, 3 figures. TM is reluctant on offering deals below RM100, they are that greedy. Even until now after gomen intervention, they are still reluctant on price reduction, want to suck and leech to the last mile like a parasite.

So, does this mean the unifi lite subb users dont have dedicated bandwidth for iptv like ftth and highrise's VLAN? Considering 10M download and 5M upload already produces 15M throughput, close to the 20M theoretical threshold..

I dont know about others, i dont condone this practice. see for 1 ringgit lesser, the difference is heaven and hell. 30Mbps with 60GB quota for RM79 vs 100M uncapped for RM80. Iianm, rm80 comes with free call and tv pack too.

Furthermore, one cant stay a student forever, no? Why is it that the privilige of cheaper pricing remains even after graduation? Im not targetting the users, im blaming TM. Non uniform pricing scheme by the very same company, convince this is not discrimination.

Rm80 vs most users who pay rm129 for exact same thing. RM49*1.06-rm80*1.06 is the difference paid monthly. Higher rate, higher sst, pay higher monthly fee+higher sst for nothing in addition, same value of service. No static IP, no priority routing during peak hour, nothing.

U've might've seen me ranting about this for some time. I dont care if others mock or take jab at me, do it all u want, unfair is unfair.
