I have lodged a complaint with MCMC on 16th Oct and today I rec'd the reply through e-mail.

Btw the complaint is about maintaining my streamyx 1Mbps price of RM110 to upgrade to unifi 10Mbps. I demanded price reduction to RM88 or upgrade to 100Mbps at RM110.
