Well i got them to reduce the price all the way to RM 0.00
I terminated the streamyx account on Feb 2019.

No point i chase and argue or go visit TM Point, they just don't get it.
They are thinking of themselves and their investors.

But the "True" investors are you and me who pay for the usage.....we invest in what they provide.
If they not able to provide, that's it......choice is ours.....no need to headache.

The one and only choice is to terminate if you can find a "source" to use internet.(for the time being)

I am using phone data, i will wait out until something affordable comes along.

Nope, it's nothing related to streamyx. My streamyx is at old kampung.
And this one is another address want to apply.

So you means I need to fight back "If no unifi, then give me streamyx", is it say so?
At least I can relocate frm my old streamyx account (at kampung).

If you say "True investors", then I guess it's might be political person or insider staff already.. doh.gif

Unfortunately, the wireless network not stable. Especially when enter to the indoor, the signal getting weak and weak.
Unless I go outside house to online.. sweat.gif

Click "Login"
register an account.....inside you can create/lodge a complaint.....AKA ticket.....and
copy the report number.

If you see the report missing/close, you can create another one.
Just make sure you copy the report number as refference or take snapshot or print out.

Compile

If making a MCMC complaint, use/copy the TM report number to link it.


I did all that until i can't take no more.....so i POTONG.....save my energy do something else better. tongue.gif
(Oh i did the same with ASTRO, POTONG too, am a happy camper,now if i can only potong TNB electricity too hahaha)

I no choice because using phone mobile data, the signal also weak once enter to the house.
Unless I bring my bed mattress to outside (which mean sleep at outside) to get better network signal. laugh.gif

I don't think so you have another electricity company laugh.gif , unless you have your own electric machine to generate electric. thumbup.gif

If MR Gobind Singh Deo can force 8mbps streamyx package to be priced rm40 ,then tmnet is eager to ask everybody to
upgrade to unifi.

TM is given more than ample time to address the Streamyx issue, but nothing had been done until the minister demanded to have the answer by the end of July.
As long as the same attitude still exists, it will come back in the future.

Their soon is well.....soon. They never ever update their address database and servicing area.
In my case, went to check with them if my area got unifi. The answer is always "soon". But I went to Maxis, just in a month time they got me linked up with their fibarnation with no problem. The funny thing is the fiber box is just outside of my house.
The worse is already placed my request to terminate their streamyx and phone service on 25 May but until now the line still active. Will definitely ask them to refund me the bill they charged for extra month.
