I just realise the free upgrade thinggy. And i called 100 and the cs says its already over. So mean now die die need to sub to unifi baisc. Would they extend it?

Haven't got my unipai upgrade to my screamyx due to so many excuses... for non stop complaining this is what they offer me for now for my 8Mbps screamyx.

im same with you, just realised i missed the free upgrade for my parent's old house which still using shitty 4mbps(with high ping) Streamyx, any solution for people like us? Or do we just have to get new package like other people?

i tried to call. all the answer given was they cant do anything. apply for 129 for unlimited. if budget go for 79 with 60GB quota. so now will be terminating and use Maxis. Waiting maxis now.

I still fighting for Unifi coverage, i can't rmb how many times i file a complaint to MCMC regarding the same issue. But others complaint all closed by TM, typical same reply.
all the previous TM comment was like bala bala no plan infrastructure development guidelines.
But today i found this CPCB said it requires to investigate for another 6 MONTHS!

Well, my summary

1. Streamyx user from 2004
2. No free anything or upgrade, even up until 2019.
3. Telephone copper wires - changed a few times thru the years.
4. When heavy rain /downpour ....pickup handset....crackling sound....no data means no internet.
5. My area unifi ready, request say no port.
6. Checked, only 2 tiang got the fibre terminal white TM box (1 box 8 ports x 2 tiang = 16 ports).
7. Front row 20 houses, back row 20 houses total 40 houses with 16 unifi ports.
8. Request request request until one fine day no streamyx. phone can't dial out.....complaint for almost a month.
9. Put in application for unifi, watch them key in for waiting list, sign and chop.....
10.My waiting list order went missing when went back to double check 2 weeks later.
11.After many rounds visiting TM service center, had courage to thank TM and gave "love letter".
12.For all my years with Streamyx, many Slowmix and frequent Nomix, this is what i got in return.......

I sent TM love letter loh....i terminate it.....don't want to pay premium price for so slow speed anymore
