How long does it take for the request refund? No news from shopee?
And also one of my items I suspect pos laju sent to the wrong state, then they sent back to the correct state then no update. My shopee guarantee is going to expire tomorrow what should I do? Should I just request refund?

If seller dispute, Shopee will check and will cancel the refund after few days, u will need to request refund again and cycle continues until poslaju delivers to u, or if poslaju declare parcel lost. may take awhile so remember to check your email as shopee may email u or may call u. |
