i'm trying to sell on shopee. i created a listing and i could search it on web but not on app. anyone knows why is there a difference in search results?

I have been selling on shopee for a long time and suddenly realized my completed orders since Aug 12 are being added service fee of 3%+. I don't recall participating in any of their promo programs. happened to anyone before?

can complain and get back my 3%?

looks like I was auto-enrolled on the cashback program. basket.

yes, 3% corresponds to the 10% cashback.

i don't recall filling up any opt-in form but did receive notification that cashback has been activated but ignored it.

First and foremost, please allow me to share that sellers will be enrolled on BOTH the RM15 Free Shipping and 10% Cashback Programmes (Bundle) and will get to enjoy a 1-week free Service Fee from 5 August 2022 to 11 August 2022.


Eligible sellers will be auto-enrolled in this initiative. Before the auto-enrollment start (5 August 2022), sellers will be given an interest form (interest form open from 26 July to 2 August) which they are able to fill up the form if they wish to be excluded from the initiative.
