any idea where can i complain about the shipment i got from shopee..

i bought the nescafe ..send it to a friend's place..20th April unsuccesful delivery at brickfields will attempt next day...today already 5th May !!..i tried complain to the seller ...pos laju eform and yea ran out of idea liao...n tripping

The fraud is both by shopee & seller
Makes no sense to report to the perpetrator
