There's this 'redeem coins' when u view your shopping cart. You don't get to choose how many coins to redeem though, coins can be redeemed according to the price of items u want to buy, and only applicable to Mall & Preferred sellers.

What a horrible seller - increase price during sale period! Better avoid buying from this seller in future.

You've got a point there.. Recently, I've actually been fed up of tracking the prices.. Been to Mr. DIY a couple times. Prices seem fair and I can just walk around, grab all I need exactly and walk out. Test on the spot or take home and if any issues, just return within 7 days and get refund or use the money to buy what I should have bought the last time around.

there's a way to maximize your free voucher shipping
just put one order together if u purchase from multiple seller

and also if you can use shopee voucher together if there's minimum amount (preferred and mall only)
but can't use two discount voucher at the same time

i'm buying a RM25 item. As usual, shopee charge me shipping fee of approx RM5. I apply a free shipping voucher. Shopee only deduct RM2. Why? I cancel the purchase and now it says I have reach the daily limit of using voucher. WTF

Check the store for the minimum required for free shipping.. I believe it's either RM30/35 for completely free shipping. Any below that and it'll only deduct RM2.

That's the norm for sellers who take part in Shopee's free shipping program.
