Shopee shipping are bullshit, RM35 free shipping (same seller) i bought RM100+ applied free shipping voucher still need paid RM14!

I also tried buy 3 items same seller, each items cost RM40, If I check out total shipping cost RM10.07 then -Shipping discount RM8.75, so i only need pay RM1.32

then the funny is if I check out with all 3 items together then the total shipping cost will be RM29.02 then -Shipping discount RM8.75, so I have to pay RM20.27?!

like that if I separate check out the 3 items in 3 bills then total shipping cost only RM1.32 x 3 = RM3.96

That's a high shipping fee for a RM40 item. So I too I'm guessing it's a heavy item? Which justifies it's cost?... But otherwise, I agree with your assessment.. It's bs.. At least, lazada is more transparent in their free shipping. I encountered a similar issue like yours, end up since didn't need the items urgently.. I split it up into separate orders, place one per day cuz free shipping voucher is only once per day.

I understand >RM35 free shipping. But applying a FREE SHIPPING voucher and only deduct RM2 is misleading.

not really, even 3 sprayer bottles(less then 1kg) + free shipping voucher also need to pay shipping charge. so the "Free Shipping" are basically bullshit

it should be the case the seller did not opt in shopee free 5kg shipping programme

seller must opt in to the free shipping programme, it is not automatically. else would be on shopee partial subsidy programme.

Do you mean shopee actually having the contract the shipping with seller programme ? I saw some seller shipping not applicable.I don't know why some shop does not want shopee free shipping .Any reason ?
