Hi. Is your problem solved? I am facing the same issue too except that I have successfully registered the credit card in my Shopee account but could not proceed for payment. I could not change to other payment methods as well, keep showing "server error" and by clicking "pay now" it will shows “please check account statement to verify transaction status”. I have also contacted Shopee but they still could not rectify the issue until now while iPay88 confirmed that the cc has been successfully bind with a RM 1.00 charges. D:

Managed to add new cc using website instead of apps. Then continue buying as usual using apps. Try purchase using website and change the payment to other card, so the one in apps will change as well. Might not work but worth to try.

May I ask , shopee change to ipay88 and deduct RM1 but I don't see they give back to rm1 within 7 days? it doesn't show at the payment history or account history list.

It's just a temporary hold of that RM1. The only effect it should have is that your credit limit decreases by RM1 and dunno how many days later it'll go back up by RM1. The RM1 isn't posted to the bank as a transaction. Just like petrol stations which hold RM200 or RM150 but only post the actual petrol amount to the bank.

I'm in your situation previously. Don't worry... It won't actually charge on your CC. It will be unposted within 7-14 days.

How does shopee set for every user to deduct rm1 out of sudden ? if I remove the CC details and reenter will to comes again charging rm1 ?

RM1 is for verification. Logically, yes will charge n refund if u do it each time.

It depends on the credit card. Some hold RM1 while some charge you RM1 (and refund you later). I am not sure if it could be 7 working days but you will get it back definitely within a short period.
The RM1 is how the credit card works and validates that you are the authorized credit card holder and that the credit card is valid.

Check for the model , it's free sync but all free sync mostly are TN.It is a good buy even TN because it's 27 inch but only 2 ports , HDMI and VGA.
Suitable for normal usage.
