Anyone experienced returning big size faulty item to seller for refund ( seller has agreed for refund ). Delivery via Pos Laju is expensive. Who actually need to bear this cost ?

You have to fork out the initial cost for it first then you
can claim the delivery cost back from Shopee.

Shopee will refund the amount into your Shopee Wallet then you can withdraw the amount directly to your bank.

Remember to keep the Poslaju receipt and capture a few relevant pics.

Reach for the CS then they will guide you.
