When buy from China seller, is it normal for seller to ask buyer to top up additional charges for shipping even after checking out and payment made. When checkout, the amount paid already included shipping charges

Is Shopee extension of 3 days warranty free ?

If after negotiating with seller and seller is willing to give some discount, how to purchase via shopee when the price indicated is the normal price ? Buy direct from seller ?

When a seller ( China ) has already shipped out an item, does the seller need to update the status on Shoper apps manually or will the system update it automatically. I have an item, seller from China said already shipped out on 22/11 but the status on Shopee apps still show " to ship "until today. Seller said sometime system update is slow but insisted item already shipped out. Ask for tracking ref, also no reply.

Just had one ordered cancelled by Shopee ( not instructed by me ). Reason was seller failed to ship out the item. Chatted with seller, where she reassured on 2 occasions that the item already been shipped out. The tracking no that appeared on shopee apps was not traceable. Today shopee informed the tracking no was automatically generated even before a seller ships out an item. The seller had lied. How to give review on the seller when order already been cancelled ? Is it possible ?

They are not giving the vouchers but just reduce the min amount to RM12.

Anyone know if we can become seller on Shopee Indonesia. How about delivery charges because quite pricy to send from here

Made an order with a seller from China. Today suddenly Shoppee informed order has been cancelled because seller failed to ship. I understand fully its CNY, seller will ship probably more than a week later. Seller also alreadyinformed earlier. Why Shopee cancelled the order ?

If already used free shipping voucher for an order and the order was cancelled because out of stock, will Shopee credit back the free shipping voucher to buyer's account ?

Anyone experienced returning big size faulty item to seller for refund ( seller has agreed for refund ). Delivery via Pos Laju is expensive. Who actually need to bear this cost ?

I just received, the money and coins together.but not the free shipping voucher. Still waiting for reimbursement of shipping cost to seller.

Bought an item. Seller posted on the 7th ( 4pm ) from Sabah, was very suprised on the 8th ( 10 am ) already received. The other day, seller posted from Penang and it two days to arrive

On the 21/3 (12am - 2am ), bought something. During that period the minimum amount to be eligible to for free shipping RM27. After that reverted to RM40 but today I check, sone mall sellers still can get minimum RM30 for free shipping

Yesterday received 2 RM1 vouchers. This morning tried to tikam using the vouchers, entered vouchers numbers but couldnt proceed.

I supposed to received RM4 in total. Yesterday received two RM1 vouchers and today received another RM2 in wallet. But now that 2 vouchers already become invalid.

Normally Shopee will start by giving 2 on the first of the month. If they have any campaign or promotions, they will give more. Last month I received a total of 5 free shipping vouchers

I wush one day Shoppee allows buyers to chat with each other. This will enable buyers to share informatuon on the items they have bought. At this moment, most reviews are based on delivery time and the condition of items received and not much on the usage.

Last month I returned a defect item to a seller ( local ). Emailed Shopee the pos laju receipt (RM27), Shopee refunded this amount by crediting into my wallet in 5 days. Before I returned the item, I asked Shopee if there was any limit refund amount for shipping fee, was told there was no limit
