Official milk powder store also not shipping my order. Opened a chat and they asked me to cancel the order due to no stock, I'll let it cancel by itself.

Ordered an item on 12.12 and applied to cancel it just shortly after. However the seller only updated today and rejected it because they said it's already shipping. (It wasn't shipping at all from the 12th to today). Shopee advised to reject the delivery and ask for refund on the last day of delivery. Any hassle using this? I have done this before on Laz and it was fairly straightforward, not sure for Shopee.
