Hi i encounter an issue where shopee keep delay my parcel delivery on time. Even though the latest hub not more than 5km from my house, besides waiting anything else i can do?

Chat with CS, but as long as it is within the estimated delivery time, they will just ask u to wait. On the bright side, if it missed the estimated date, u should be getting rm5 vc

Seems like there's some issues at the serdang hub. I had a couple parcels same situation as yours and also at serdang hub.

They miss the deadline and already compensate rm5 voucher, but expire after one week sheesh
*the voucher condition must spend more than RM 10 ==

May i know the story. To be honest if from my house reach serdang hub not more than 10min from driving

The trick is when attempted delivery fails, n delay no voucher
