if the shop your regular collection and you know the worker somewhat, just tell them your situation and give them pin and ask them complete the order on your behalf lor.

then ask them set aside for you to collect another day.

Seems risky.

What happens if I simply don't collect, will I get a refund? I can always buy again next week, it's not urgent.

Has anybody encountered parcel lost issue and tried to ask Shopee to reinstate Shopee voucher used? I got the item at quite a good price with seller & Shopee vouchers applied, did not expect they lost my parcel. Trying to get Shopee to reinstate the voucher (Shopee's) so that I could buy the item again but they are not helping much. Anyone has ever gotten their vouchers reinstated from Shopee lately?
