I cancel my items yesterday to change models but now i am unable to repurchase using the wallet refund because i cannot use back the shipping voucher, making the total amount exceed the refund

why my new shopee account cant use refer friend discount code?

usually same day if withdraw before 12PM. so if u press withdraw now, u should be able to get back money by end of the day

refer ownself? probably blocked.
if u believe u did not foul play u may contact Shopee ask them to check.

Usually how long your refund from shopee will arrived?

I have two payments on 11.11 that went thru buy no acknoledgement of orders. Shopee replied they will refund within 7-15 biz day from 15-Nov..

Till today, i know it is still within the stipulated period. But cant help, why it take so longto refund!!!

Anyone experience the same for Shopee?
I bought something on 11.11 and first transaction when i do the payment and it's failed and there is no order in Shopee but charged to my card.
Understand from CS it will be refunded, however until now no refund yet.

Where and how to track shipment from China using Standard Express?

When a seller ( China ) has already shipped out an item, does the seller need to update the status on Shoper apps manually or will the system update it automatically. I have an item, seller from China said already shipped out on 22/11 but the status on Shopee apps still show " to ship "until today. Seller said sometime system update is slow but insisted item already shipped out. Ask for tracking ref, also no reply.
