Of all the Shopee monthly sales events (eg 9/9, 10/10, 11/11, etc), which one typically has the most attractive deals?

Are many sellers using bots to auto-reply to chat inquiries?
(i guess to artificially boost their Chat Performance rating)

seller will respond immediately to product inquiry with some canned template response...and then no further response

Why do some vouchers act strangely??

One moment it reports as "used up" (under Invalid in My Vouchers)
Next moment is reappears as valid in My Voucher section
Then few mins goes back to "used up" again

for example this morning:
20% coin cashback min spend 40 capped at 800 coins

What really hurt this time is they gave Free Shipping Min RM 40 for Mall sellers only

I tried to use voucher "RM0.5 off min spend RM0" , to further reduce the rm2.28 price, but when i checkout, how come the shopee app applied RM0.48 discount only instead of RM0.50 as advertised?

yes, if the seller is part of Free Shipping Program, and you have the relevant free shipping voucher.

many people are saying voucher used up within 2-3 secs. How u managed to select the voucher + click on "Place Order", all within 2 secs?

That 1x RM5 voucher, any hidden catch/condition besides what is already stated in the image?

Considering now Shopee becoming more stingy, logically the more generous the voucher, the lesser the user limit.

Less than 1 sec is maybe an exaggeration. But i get the point:
the taps must be very fast
the app must refresh page fast after u tick the voucher (apparently it's faster on iPhones)
and ur internet latency to shopee must be very low.

The speed at which your phone app refreshes the page after every click is important too. Here i think iphone users may hv the edge as the iOS version more responsive than Android. When we're competing against a million other users, every milisecond counts

Seems to be. I had same problems, tried 8 times all auto-refunded by system.

i watched the voucher usage go up & down like yo-yo...then down to 89% and slowly crept back up to 100% until finish. This means some ppl managed to pay?

Same here, and I'm a totally infrequent buyer. So maybe as a poster above said, no more bias....

wtf Is it just me or shopee bug?

Regardless of mobile app or desktop page, in search results some items have the green free shipping icon but when u go to the item page, there's no "free shipping above RMxxxx"

and vice-versa, i.e. some items hv no green icon, but item details show there's "free shipping above RMxxxx"

Sometimes very fishy. Like the Samsung Galaxy A12, proudly put banner there rm25 from 12am-2am, just now around 11.55pm i checked its "sold out", then at 12.01am it still remain sold out but deals page say "2 sold in 1 min". wtf
