I got 6 vouchers this month. Some people reported they got only 1 voucher.

Hi, anyone bought the free shipping voucher from shopee for rm3? What is the term and condition? Can I apply on the rm0 free shipping items? The green label tag instead of the rm15 blue tag?

Yes tried before on those daily RM0 free delivery released at 12pm or 8pm. Today morning 12 to 2am note due applicable. Just try your luck. Top up your Shopee pay and get ready to buy within seconds before all vouchers gone.

So the seller is supposed to ship the item by 18 and until now I still haven’t got any refund or auto cancellation since the seller only updates that it’s preparing to ship since 14 June. Since it’s already 19? Should I contact the help desk?

Guess what they told me?
The earliest is 18 June, but it will only auto cancel after 24 June cause they give sellers time to prepare. WTH.

Which means all, the date indicated on the system is a lie. Behind the scene they still give sellers another date to prepare. So now that I have extended the Shopee guarantee until 18 June, and I still have to wait until 24 June before it auto cancels. Wow. Shopee is lying straight to my face again. I really hate Shopee.

if u urgent need can buy from other seller. later this seller really send out just reject the parcel for refund.
But will take some time to get refund because need request refund and seller surely dispute, then need to wait until parcel reach back seller only can get money.

Guys today my first experience order something but get a different spec. I actually got the more expensive item (it is longer), but I really only need the shorter item.

Seller has approved a refund, but what about the Shopee coins ya? I don't see that refunded, and in the refund screen also, don't see anywhere mention about getting back the Shopee coins spent in the transaction.

Since you don't see that refund meant in the process. Read the refund term and condition. It stated how long it take to process. Your Shopee coins will refund too. Don't expect it immediately.

Shopeepay is refunded. No issue there. I am asking specifically about the shopee coins.

anyway coins might take awhile to be refunded i think 1-3 days. if u worried just live chat with CS

Actually can u show how exactly u asks for refund?

If u request for refund without shipping back item then u only get refund what u request for, without the coins iinm.

If u request for return & refund then u will get back coins.

Also there are few other things that dictate coins refunded or not so best if u show screenshot here. and do censor the sensitive info unless u dont mind to show.


Last but not least the best solution is still contact CS they will able to explain more details.

Coins I spent obviously. Yes, checked history, no coins.

The funny thing is, on the refund page, it specifies the amounts I will get back. But only for my shopeepay, not for my shoopee coins.

Wow! shopee_mart still can choose the courier service while other stores cannot. 🤭
