If former then poor sellers cz now more stupid people will rate 1 star because courier slow they can't choose.

Guys, if the seller hasn’t shipped after the designated date, can I cancel order or automatically get a refund. All it says it’s Seller is preparing to ship. And chat has no responses. I will extend another 3 days but after that I’m not going to.

if you want system to automatically cancel, then don't extend
if you are willing to wait then extend and hope they ship out
but don't ever cancel it yourself

so now that i have extended. I just wait somemore until it auto cancels?
Cause the seller already puts "preparing to ship", feels like they are buying time.

When I checked thru Shopee app/Shopee Express link, time picked up [Shah Alam DC] was 4.33pm. 6 27pm - [Shah Alam DC] Your parcel has been received by sorting center.

Shopee Express new tracking system? Penang to Shah Alam less than 3 hours? First time encountered this. The Seller is definitely in Penang and it is 5 stars rating Seller and stock direct from their own factory.

item received at PJ HUB, keep there a week not moving.. after email/submit delivery problem, then baru moving.. the next day arrive area hub and delivered at evening.

J&T delivered my parcel 1 day from Pahang to Sel, but J&T also sometime fast and slow

JnT is the fastest at my area. if no problem (weather or damage parcel) around 2-3 days delivered (if from other states)

now the worse is shopee, cant select courier anymore..
