anyone experience on cancelling an order that is on the way ship from China? purchased from China seller 2 weeks ago and still departing to sorting centre. already purchase the item here as can't wait longer to arrive, can we get refund for the item? how does it works?

Don't think there is option you can cancel. Only return/refund after your received. And you can't simply ask for refund on certain items unless spoil etc.

My shopee mall returned item currently has this status. It was a charger that was not working.

Does shopee warehouse have electrician to 'validate' my claim of charger not working? A bit scared that if they claim it was working when they tested it so they will return the product to me.

Why you want to see our used vouchers? Everyone got difference tactics. Just make sure your shopee pay got sufficient fund and immediately pay within 0 seconds as possible. Each day for few times to try your luck.

Wait for seller response. If they offer you replacement unit, you only decide from there. If it is official store and got good reviews then nothing to worry, if it is some other 3rd party seller then you may end up in further dispute.

The process is, On the shopping cart before the time come, tap "select or enter code" at 11.59.59, choose vouchers, tap "ok".

Then tap "check out" and "place order" at 12.00.04.

It literally all these steps, can't skip any as the vouchers will not show up before their availability time. The vouchers can be claimed 1 day earlier, but will only show up in "select or enter code" at their availability period.

*the timestamps can be 11.59.59 am and pm or 7.59.59pm
