I bought groceries from shopeemart. Today arrived, cb barang kaca also they never bothered to individually bubblewrap. Just simply put everything in the box.

i have no idea. depends on their mood perhaps. low level CS like block heads, just repeating the same thing. im sure can settle if i complain to authorities but troublesome for the small money. just got to be careful.

i had 1 case with imported cereals, when received was damage,slight puncture n manage to refund me

if seller agree, then no issue. but if dispute and brought up to shopee side, then depending on their mood, they can even call cereal as perishable food and thus no refund.

I have no problem claiming refund for counterfeit item (from China) without sending it back.

No lah, I got the refund and kept the card so no reason to report.

I bought a Samsung microSD card 64GB Evo Plus (not outdated Evo+) class 10 U3 (not U1) last year, from a preferred seller (at that time)

It sold at RM19.90, far cheaper than mall seller RM60+ and other preffered sellers RM35+

The seller told me it is an original Samsung microSD card.

what day they release automotive cashback? everyday its electronics, lifestyle, and groceries. when they are going to release automotive again.

There’s no code. I think it was entered / credited to my account after I complained about incorrect MAH hotel voucher.

This is the only “MAH” reference that I can think of.
