I think those CS are bunch of inexperienced or not trained dimwits

Whenever ask them questions they're unsure about they'll just tembak with ridiculous answers

Nah. I think they're trained to give dimwit answers. Basically dodging the issue, making it unsolvable.

For this case, they win as they do no need to give free shipping.

There had always be mall seller exclusive shipping voucher.

Usually you only get it once per month, so use it wisely.

Not sure if it’s auto-awarded to account or it’s one of those free-shipping voucher you collected at the banner.

But like I said, it’s only once per month, so unless you have dupe, better use them wisely.

I am very annoy but shopee who do not want to own up to their problem, my milo 1kg x 5 was damaged and they just cancel my order and return my money. I know if for any chinamen company this is fair enough but they should have do something like replacing it or just give me some coins to appease me. The price that i've bought the milo is hard to get.
What else can i do?

If seller purposely damaged everything then yeah but you don't think seller will destroy his products before posting to you right? Seller also become victim. Please be understanding la.

accidents happen but you must own it up, it won't be difficult to investigate who is the culprit and then he/she need to be punished.
But now, it looks like I am the one being punished.

How are you being the one punished when you're getting your money back whereas seller has to deal with the courier to get his costing back.

Damaged because of courier handling or unsecure packaging by seller? But you did get your money back?

Not to worry mate, the next time round, it's going to be even cheaper. What happened to the Milo? I presumed you received it? Did you have to return it?

be careful when shop in shopee. food is prohibited item. you won't get compensation if anything happens. i went through the case with different CS, one even suggested cookies is perishable item. and the most annoying part, after a week, the first CS who said the above, send back the same nonsense.

I guess it works both ways. Previously I was sold a counterfeit Samsung microSD card advertised as ori. Penang seller. I refused to send it back while claiming for a refund. Counterfeit items also under prohibited item list.

The card still working.

such a headache dealing with those low level CS. luckily small value.

Shopee is pro seller while Lazada is pro buyer.

Last time i purchased a pair of slippers from a China seller in Lazada for RM43. The slippers kaput after one week and i complaint to Lazada CS with attached photo. Straight away they gave me a RM50 voucher and ask me to keep the slippers.

i kept pressing them to show me where it mentioned cookies is prohibited in their website. they showed me it's perishable item (like seriously), and then show me j&t terms and conditions (also the same thing). i never knew cookies is prohibited, what more perishable. damn cheap skate la this shopee, on one hand say prohibited, on the other hand say can at own risk. simply talking as they like.

just be careful for those who buy groceries. if ur milo burst or what during shipment, can say bye bye. seems like some new rules that the low level CS taught to say.

ive been getting refunds frm Shopee for damage items,wrong size, sometimes seller wins( 2 cases only) , small amount like 3, the move expensive return was 190 ,alot of times can just keep it, just like lately t-shirt small size, around $25
