Just tell the deliverer to return to sender. Tracking will have proof you rejected the order.

Any of you having parcels stuck at Shopee Express sorting center?

From China parcels?

4 parcels, all from various Malaysia states

No but I only have 2 parcels using Shopee Express.

No. All my shopee express items arrive kind of fast.

Even the one bought on 4.4, arrived after 1 day

Help.needed.

3 weeks.ago after updated shoppee App, it can ONLY be used while on wifi, not on Data.
I had done numerous uninstalled,n reinstallation of App.

No solution yet.
My issue is,my house wifi is bad, and Data is good.

Which mobile provider are you on? I had the same problem recently. As I could connect properly on my home wifi, I suspected a routing or DNS resolution issue.

So I changed my phone's DNS to point to Google's instead of using whatever Maxis is pointing towards. Looks ok so far, but I haven't tested it extensively.

Yes, i have 2, from mall sellers which i suppose they are handled by shopee warehouse. It got stuck at the progress of 'despatched from subang jaya" and no news after that at all. It should hav arrived at somewhere after the despatch. Been 2 days. Choice of delivery are shopee express and pos laju respectively. Something is wrong there coz usually it's kinda fast.

I'm having same issue as both of you. My Shopee Express parcel usually gets delivered in 1-2 days (I'm in Penang), but my order has been stuck Shah Alam sorting center since 2 days ago mogok kah?

One of mine has been moved out from the center, last to arrive, first to move out. Others no change in status - received by sorting center. I think more sellers are using Shopee Express this time, not just Mall sellers, so it is congested.

Depends on whether you're on Android or IOS. For my phone, it's running on Android 10, so I just set it to use Google's DNS.

fuck me. I bought a 4/4 deal voucher from dominos on shopee. Now the voucher code is not working, dominos' blaming shopee, shopee's support is being difficult. Fuck this shit.

can i know when is Shopee birthday? does the sales, discount for big item during their birthday compare with other sales 11/11 , 12/12 etc are totally different or same?
