Wtf so I just tried to buy something and after checkout, used saved credit card as usual but after that it says "oops, payment failed" and I was shown the purchases page with status "to pay". But I received SMS from CIMB saying the money was charged. What should I do?

all sellers are given extended date to ship out orders by 21 April due to MCO until 14 april + 7 days to ship out.

Now it depends whether seller will ship out early or later. and also depends courier working or not.

I'm not sure how is the situation of self collection at post office ie. crowded? do they limit no of people enter the premise? Confirm I can collect the item immediately? etc. I did email and called their careline, CS replied bullshit asking me to wait patiently. With yday sale, I have more items to be stuck at post office. I noticed the whole process is fast except delivery..

Any of you having parcels stuck at Shopee Express sorting center?

Yes, i have 2, from mall sellers which i suppose they are handled by shopee warehouse. It got stuck at the progress of 'despatched from subang jaya" and no news after that at all. It should hav arrived at somewhere after the despatch. Been 2 days. Choice of delivery are shopee express and pos laju respectively. Something is wrong there coz usually it's kinda fast.

One of mine has been moved out from the center, last to arrive, first to move out. Others no change in status - received by sorting center. I think more sellers are using Shopee Express this time, not just Mall sellers, so it is congested.
