I believe that's for those who receive the damaged item and request to return/refund from seller.
If you placed order for wrong item and it's been shipped out, the item is yours now unless seller agree that you can return and do refund for you.

They probably wont do anything although its stated in T&C should not spam forum/online anywhere since they will be getting a cut of the profit generated.

The easiest and the best is to reject parcel during delivery. Automatically it will be sent back to seller, and you will get a refund. No need to bother with reshipping the item and seller rejection.

yeah 15 days return only for mall sellers if im not mistaken. anything else up to seller's discretion
