I'm facing delivery problem with j&t. Need help on how to settle...My parcel was deliver out quite fast but when reached Penang at kota permai j&t on 8 may, it was stuck there for 2 weeks.

Went there to check but was told it was handle by outside agent n cannot check further.

It was then update as out for delivery on 23 may, try to call dispatcher n was informed by him someone update his hp and he was not aware of it.

Still no delivery n the status change to delivered on 2 june. I have select refund option on 29 may but it was cancel by shopee today.

Please help....

Thanks for the feedback. I have chat with seller, email shopee n whatsapp j&t. Hopefully this can end positively...

Called shopee just now. Asked me to press refund again as the system will auto cancel my earlier refund request when my order was update as 'successfully delivered'.
