Checkout page show service charge but actually when proceed to payment page there's no charges.

By the way when you via post online, do you key in 12 digits or 14 digits of your time account number cause when I looked at my bill, the account number has 12 digits with 2 digits behind that is separated from the first 12 digits account number haha

I managed to try it just now using my laptop to pay, can scan with SPL but payment hasn't reflected on TIME. Hopefully all goes well, will report here once OK.


By the way, I'm due to make tax assessment payment, in the past I used Pay@KL app. I saw DBKL available on PosOnline and can use ShopeePay too (I assume SPL will have no issue), so can I pay tax assessment on PosOnline by choosing DBKL? Does anyone know? Or any place to pay besides using the official app?

My time payment that I made yesterday got reflected today..

Cool. I used the account no. in the bill to pay, includes the double digits at the end. I think it should work because without the double digits, it shows invalid account no. I hope all OK.
