This morning my AMEX card being charged RM4.00 by Google Services. Called CS and being informed that the transaction has already been reversed. CS mentioned this could be a fraud transaction and block my card right away. Just sharing and be alert.

Were you buying something that day that requires you to input ur CC details and when you are entering, Chrome’s Autofill function asks you “wan me to fill up this for u?” and you gladly let them autofill by approving and entering your CVV in a pop up (at the top of the screen”)?

If yes, no worries. It will be reversed. That’s why idw to ask Chrome autofill for me because they will temporarily hold RM4 for every autofill done. Idk why, dun ask me.
