Previously got cb for m2Amex+Etiqa which is using the same exclusion list. Actually 1st time using Ikhwan Amex for Etiqa.

Got a replacement Amex card recently due to fraud issues. Noticed that a lot of online transactions keep getting blocked or unable to approve but MBB CS said nothing to be set on their end. Anyone seen this before?

Usually is like that 1... if you (real) try to use online they will block... u call them n tell them, u r the 1 who do the transaction than they will allow it (ask u to try again in 5-10min time)...

Cause now BNM also asking bank to bare the cost if security measurement not thigh enough...

Do you mean paying via Lazada, it treat as online spend?

You need to pay directly using AmEx and not reloading into Lazada wallet to make payment.
Telcos are not utilities just to let you know. You can pay on M2U with AmEx can get cash back too. Not necessarily on Lazada.

There’s no avenue for you to pay TIME with AmEx. TIME is not available on M2U bill.

When nothing else works, always have faith in your local POS PAM machine
SPL then pay off balance on weekend as usual
FYI I don't use Time so someone gotta try it out and let us know here

Yes, SPL is my favorite but I forgot to check out the kiosk at Mid Valley yesterday when I was there. Sigh.
