For M2 Amex Platinum, no weekend CB for transactions on 12/12/2023 but 5X Treatpoints (worth 1% more or less).

Actually it's pretty confusing, some say can get CB for Shell/Jaya Grocer but I didnt. Guess I will just with Lazada/Shopee to be safe.

Physical swipe/wave on weekend typically will be track as WEEKEND SPEND.

My experience recently was Uniqlo Online Store which was posted on Monday when I used it on Sunday night (via Secure2U).

You can actually call into CS if you notice the transaction date does not match the weekend you spend. MBB will check and revert.
As per my case above for Uniqlo, i got my "cashback" credit back to my account.

this is Oct spending, you should've quickly escalate to mbb to investigate. there is certain grace period for filing dispute.

CS says my card is MBB Islamic Plat AMEX, therefore only ONLINE transactions. Were we not talking about the same card?

Chrismas is just around the corner so I bring my wife and kids go shopping for clothes today. Thinking that this is the best time to utilise my Amex card but most shops that I go say no Amex. I was quite disappointed as I spent few hundred on other card without cashback.

Any tips how can I fully utilise the cash back?
I know some tips like buy petrol vouchers and pay my digi bill on lazada. I read previous post saying can buy tng pin through individual seller in lazada, anyone know which one?
