It will follow statement address unless u call them to request different address.
U can even choose any MBB branch but it may be abit inconvenient coz some branch will ask u take number queue have to wait ur turn, and need to verify IC and thumbprint and also setup the PIN on their keypad.

Anyone is having incorrect 5% weekend cashback for Dec 22 (Amex cc of course). I have several transactions transacted over the weekend ie Sunday but transaction dates show as Monday instead. Lost about RM10 cashback for these transactions... Actually all transactions belong to foodpanda... Before this I had no such issue, this is the first time!

I faced the same situation. They posted my new cards to my old address although I already updated my address in M2U (but apparently the address for Cards were not updated, silly unintegrated system)

The cards were sent back to HQ since it was not collected.

Called CS and they will repost to my new address.

You don't check monthly statement? It shows your address for CC.
M2U address is for M2U only.
My current account, savings account, credit card still use different addresses.

Nope I dont. I just view my card via m2u/app only.

I rmb the old m2u have seperate fields for residential and billing address. that was gone from the new m2u

U can, but not direct way.

Just topup any ewallets and transfer to Mr A.
Ofcourse there are some restrictions and anyway MBB no longer gives points/cashback for topup ewallets.
Ewallet accounts itself has rescrictions such as must be verified (provide IC) and got limit.
Eg TNG max 5K/month
Boost max 2K/month

Alternatively u can find "cash out" services in Shopee/Lazada where u make an actual purchase but no item will be delivered but seller will give u back cash, with fees ofcourse.

i feel this is like suicide move for E wallet.

whichever methods that may work doesn't mean users know the consequences of blindly following it

eg there was no mention of ewallet may suspend/ban the user if abuse/excessive using the withdraw features.
