for using maybank card in oversea atm, how do i know which bank is the "partner" for maybank? is there a website with list?

They do not have partner not are they in any ATM alliance overseas. But generally our cards can be used to withdraw money from ATM that display VISA, PLUS, MASTERCARD or CIRRUS logo. If you have an AMEX, then you need to look for AMEX logo on the ATM for cash advance.

How do I upgrade from Gold 2 card to Platinum 2 Card?

I emailed them. They replied with some forms that need to be filled up with some supporting etc. Then wait for the new cards to arrive.

Will 0%installment on current card be carried over to the new card?

I noticed my shopee installment did carry over but if they did not close the gold cards, please email them to do so bc mine wasn't close automatically until I queried them.

Anything goes through Lazada and pay directly with AmEx will get cash back but if reload Lazada Wallet and pay then no cash back.

Nice. nowdays I purchased TNG reload from Lazada to pay TNB bill from TNG wallet. Need to look for other cashback CC since for my AMEX, 1st to 2nd week already manage to get the maximum RM50 cashback.

for some selected customer campaign, please do not delete the SMS you received from bank as a proof, i encounter that " you are not in the invited list" but i do receive the SMS (but deleted). no way you can proof without the SMS.
