Hi guys,

Had my alignment + balancing done today.

Mechanic said my front left hand side DRIVE SHAFT INNER BOOT COVER koyak already

Was rushing for work so didn't have time to order and do

Online lazada selling for RM20:
https://www.lazada.com.my/-i336374074-s4682...lFlag=true&mp=1

Is it critical to change? and does it affect ride and handling?

Because if I were to change it, need to re-do alignment and balancing again ($$$ and time)

since its not the outer drive shaft or the entire set. It's just the inner one side koyak

Your car got consume engine oil or not? If not you use xW50 "grease" oil will make the already slow accelerating campro engine become lorry alike acceleration.

guys...really need your help here.

my persona elegance...today morning wanted to drive to work...when open door find some strong smell inside car.

then found out got water leaking/ stagnant at the carpet.

took out the rubber mat...oh boy the mat was pretty wet with water dripping.

the worst is the driver side and the back of driver side.
the carpet floor for both driver and rear driver is really wet.

the passenger and rear passenger side carpet floor is also wet but not as bad as the driver's side.

anyone here got any idea what is the cause?

is it the door rubber sealant or the plastic water shield behind the door panel?

or is it the undercarriage?

anyone can help me out here?

if one place wet i'm ok...but to have all 4 carpet wet at the same time...i'm really confused right now? rclxub.gif

Agree with Voscar. But if you're not used to open up door panel and fix it, you can bring your car to your trusted mudguard shop and ask them check for you. Huge leak like yours should be easy to catch.

https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3562069/all

persona case usually because of the water door sheet problem. (logic 4 side all wet carpet case)

btw, my proton saga water leaking case is because of clogged cowl drain.

or could be air vent problem, aircond leaking problem etc. (logic if leak at front passenger side)
