What to fill in for the bank name? BigPay? Tune Money? It is usually a form... doesn't have drop down box.

No issue with IOS 12.1.2
Sometimes face ID not working maybe wrong angle, but passcode never fail so far.

My GE auto debit was rejected bcoz I forget I have this auto debit transaction... And my BigPay acc was insufficient balance for it

Glad have BigPay app and show rejected transaction... Called GE and ask will GE attempt another time... CS said yes , in 10 days time...
This round will make sure acc hv enough money

On other hand, I tried to download Nov 2018 statement but it's empty and showing file name: "BigPayDataExport_171101_171130.xlsx"

Initial I thought I pick wrong dates... Then I make sure I pick current date and scroll back Dec then Nov... Select Nov month and request again

Yet still same result....

For such scenario, you can actually make the payment via GE's portal.

I imported my transaction this morning since BP didn't resolve my pending transaction issue & the Excel file that came out was perfect.

Perhaps you can try to send it out to your computer & check it using Excel spreadsheet instead of using the mobile spreadsheet app?

My Nov statement settled. Got right data already

For GE, not a big concern. Just sharing my careless experience forget to maintain sufficient balance inside BP

10 days is about right.

here's what i got recently cuz i also forgot to change cc details (replacement for wave):

// RM0.00: GREATEASTERN[10xxxxxxxx].Ccard billing 27/12/2018 unsuccessful. AMT DUE:RM xxx.xx.2nd attempt on 06/01/2019 //

gotten the sms on 30 Dec, 3 days after supposed auto-debit @ 27 Dec.

now waiting GE system to register my new bp card # and charge the Dec premium. from the agent info, it seems my policy has "no potential lapse date", so the missed payment has no impact to the policy. just accumulate outstanding. sweat.gif

Unlike Prudential, you can actually change your own CC# in the GE portal. Just FYI in case you don't want to rely on agent to make said changes.

That's an odd amount for RM3,200 in one single withdrawal.

I thought so too. So, I cancelled the transaction and tried again after 10 minutes. The SC ATM again declined RM4,000 but stated it can disburse RM3,200.

So, accepted it since HLB ATM declined my withdrawal.

erm guys, I know that

BigPay ATM withdrawal - RM6 per transaction
Boost transfer to bank - 2% up to max RM2 per transaction

so is there any better advantage of transferring into cash, via Bigpay instead of Boost?
