Is there any issue with online payment now? I tried paying twice in Sports Direct site but failed, I used before BigPay in this website.

Its another e-wallet, but its MCC code leads it to be marked as "quasi-cash" for most CCs instead of Online (Boost).  Hence, reloading using "online CB" CCs to Boost usually gets 0 CB, but full CB if reloaded to BP.

Now that BP can reload Boost - people will use online CB CC to reload BP (and get cashback and BP points), then use BP to reload Boost (and get another round of BP points).

Funny. Just now went Perodua and the payment is go thru, but just now they called me again say they can’t do settlement,  their terminal with Aeon Credit. Suppose they need to settle with Aeon Credit right.

How come my balance shown top up rm480 = 8 swipes but when I see the individual top up listing ...only can see 7 payment? Which number should I trust?

There is no limit of RM 10k purchase.
RM 10k is limit to reload via CC not for spending. If you reload via internet banking, there is no limit as well.

Well, BP has issues with certain merchants. Probably Qoo10 is one of them, can't comment much because I have not tried this site yet.
Others can comment and advise if they have used BP with Qoo10.

As you can see, some of forummers cannot pay Agoda with BP, same goes to Maxis and etc.

I have just placed an order at Agoda. After reading some had problem using BigPay card so I use Paypal-linked BP (Agoda will charge in USD) and save some cents due to BigPay good exchange rate

Also, just to be clear on the 2% charge and so on: BigPay does NOT charge anything to its users on top of the exchange rate. That's always been one of our main features, and it's still the same. Whether the merchant / vendor / payment terminal charges you with anything else is up to that 3rd party. Just make sure you read carefully their T&Cs! If it's not mentioned anywhere, you should definitely follow up with them.

can i know how to pay shopee using bigpay? I manage to add bigpay card into my profile. However, when i check out, the payment option there didnt show bigpay card, only got option "Add New Credit Card".

When i choose that option and key in bigpay card details, it says error and ask me use another card
