I just received my bigpay card. How to change bigpay app passcode? I click at the setting - - security and legal, I couldn't find the key to change passcode.

Check first post; 1 point per RM50 top-up so that'll be 2 points.

Hi all, I found out from bigpay that Boost is not accepting any top up from bigpay - therefore they are rejecting those who top up today.

Has this been happen before. This is my first time encounter this problem. My money transfered from BigPay but not appear in Boost app. Accordint to one of the staffs from BigPay call center, they said that according to Boost, BigPay is consider a form of e-wallet - a competitor to them.. Haiz...

Hi guys, I am trying to top up my BigPay with a US credit card but the transaction did not go through. I got the "Opps something went wrong.".

Previously I was able to use the US credit card to perform initial top up. Any ideas what went wrong?

I reloaded rm1499 to boost with BP on 26Dec n then immediately transferred to MBB CASA. Today 28Dec receive money in account.
