I just received my bigpay card. How to change bigpay app passcode? I click at the setting - - security and legal, I couldn't find the key to change passcode.

QUOTE(David83 @ Jan 4 2019, 01:14 PM) If you guys feel insecurity, top up as per need. I totally agreed with you. Not top up as per winning desire -> I need to top up in order to get that maximum amount of cash back. Spend within your mean. Also, I noticed some in here even mentioned that spending more after got BigPay. This should not be the case. This is prepaid card. One should be able to control the expenses. Since it's a brand new year, shouldn't all these be something to be pondered for. Just my two cents. Do report to the mod/staff if you feel offended. I feel insecure with the Ewallet. So I top up as per use. I never keep the balance more than rm200. I didn't use it as a platform to earn maximum amount of cashback. |

QUOTE(moonsatelite @ Jan 8 2019, 07:12 PM) I have always been an advocate for not using the "contactless" feature (a.k.a PayWave) cause it is a security NIGHTMARE. Stolen cards can still be used up to RM 250, I hope one day BNM will reduce the physical card contactless to RM 30 one day. But in the modern day, security and convenience don't mix well. So what I do is always turn off or physically destroy the contactless feature by cutting the fine copper wires embedded inside the card with a razor. The exception is, Samsung Pay, Maybank Pay or CIMB Pay. QUOTE(digidigi @ Jan 8 2019, 08:55 PM) I am neutral. I do not use paywave function but I do not destroy it. Reason of not using paywave is paywave transaction doesn't provide SMS notifications. This post has been edited by engyr: Jan 8 2019, 09:07 PM |

QUOTE(Mr.Weezy @ Jan 9 2019, 02:29 PM) Just pumped petrol with BP just now You can install bigpay to 2 phones. You need to log in everytime you change phone . Once you log in 2nd app, it will auto log out from 1st phone. The card is working fine Just the app is inaccessible atm. Speaking of this, I had insufficient balance yesterday when I went shopping and I didn't bring the phone with BP app installed. So I had to go back home to get that phone to proceed with topup Is there no other way to topup? Hope can topup using web browser This post has been edited by engyr: Jan 9 2019, 03:41 PM |

QUOTE(mamamia @ Jan 9 2019, 05:00 PM) QUOTE(Mr.Weezy @ Jan 9 2019, 04:20 PM) I've tried this and it doesn't work because my bigpay account is bind with my other phone number. Yes. I log in to 2nd phone before I go out. OTP will be sent to the phone with that sim card.It doesn't allow me to login because the OTP code is sent to the other phone instead of my current phone. QUOTE(hye @ Jan 22 2019, 08:49 PM) The reload will be made to the card that was used to make the purchase. Merchants would not entertain crediting back to a different card. You need to wait once Shopee execute the refund and then contact BP to move the credit to your new card. I received refund from shopee to bigpay after 5 days. I'd advise you to monitor the refund progress both @ Shopee and BP. Suggest you to contact bigpay after 5 days if your transaction does not appear there. |
