Hi everyone. I'm new to BigPay. May I know if I can use this card to register for auto billing or recurring payments of telco bill or insurance installment?

Hi all, I found out from bigpay that Boost is not accepting any top up from bigpay - therefore they are rejecting those who top up today.

Has this been happen before. This is my first time encounter this problem. My money transfered from BigPay but not appear in Boost app. Accordint to one of the staffs from BigPay call center, they said that according to Boost, BigPay is consider a form of e-wallet - a competitor to them.. Haiz...

It will be great that BP can do direct transfer to bank account - that would be my wishing list for the new BP update :-)

Hi I just tried to reload boost with BP and I got two TAC at the same time. I tried both ways using the earlier one and next reload with latest TAC. I still unable to reload and suggested me to contact BP to disable 3D. Anyone encounter this problem?

I just tried to top up with HL CC and it was failed. I contacted the bank and there was no issue with my card. So, that means BP is declining the top up?

somehow their gateway or processor is declining our cards. many cards from variety of issuers already facing this.

retry again later.
kinda nerve-wrecking when it failed at BP but authorized in the card. so far, mine all automatically-reversed (PBB cards) after about 15-30mins.

It works for me this morning with HL CC. I actually made a report to CS yesterday though - perhaps this help.
