I can't load my transaction history for the past 2 days. Anyone facing this problem?

May I know if I made a payment on an online platform at 12am but only key in the otc at 1201am, does the transaction considered 12am or 1201am?

Last time whenever a transaction was cancelled or refunded, the transaction will have a line across it but now it no longer shows it. It only add in your total top up amount. How are we suppose to know whether the transaction is charged? we cant be remembering the total amount all the time.
